About the Role

The role of Handyman/Delivery Personnel is independent, agile, and varied. You will be responsible for delivering plants and interiorscapes to our customers. We also perform installations, mounting items on walls and ceilings, so you need to be handy and enjoy finding solutions to challenges that arise in our daily work. We also work on cherry pickers (scissor lifts) and ladders. The job includes keeping our warehouse organized, receiving deliveries, and some forklift driving. Additionally, you will respond to service calls ranging from pruning large trees to solving technical issues with installations at our customers' sites. Work on cherry pickers and higher ladders is common, so it is an advantage if you are not afraid of heights.

You will join our delivery team in the MID region, covering the geographical area around Västerås and Örebro, as well as Värmland and Dalarna. At times, we also support our colleagues in other parts of the country when needed.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00. Hours may need adjustment on occasion. Salary is according to the collective agreement. You will be based out of our office in Västerås.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and passionate about customer service, as interacting with customers is a natural part of our daily routine. Interest in plants and interiorscapes is a plus. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a busy environment. Previous experience working at a plant interiorscape company, moving company, or as a handyman/building caretaker is preferred. We place great emphasis on your ability to build trust with our customers. You are professional, energetic, cheerful, and outgoing towards both colleagues and customers.

Many of the tasks are physically demanding, so it is important that you are in good physical health.

You must have a valid B-driver's license and good driving skills. You are comfortable using digital tools such as apps and systems on phones, tablets, or computers.

You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since English is our corporate language, good knowledge of English is an advantage.

We offer a trial day where you shadow a colleague for a day before accepting an employment offer. You will be paid for the trial day if you choose to join our team!
