Do you want to develop customized solutions in a technical and innovative environment? We are now looking for a Junior Adaptation Engineer who wants to take their first steps in their career and contribute to adapting our products to meet customer needs.

About the role

As an Adaptation Engineer, you will work on designing and further developing existing products, components, and systems based on customer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with Sales & Marketing as well as other technical functions to ensure that customizations are carried out efficiently and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze customer requirements from Sales & Marketing
• Evaluate the feasibility of customizations
• Document development costs, lead times, and technical solutions
• Design and select suitable adaptations of products and components
• Create and update technical documentation
• Ensure that solutions meet both technical requirements and customer needs

We are looking for someone who

Is curious, driven, and has a desire to develop within the technical field. You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach to work and thrive in structured and meticulous environments. You are a team player who appreciates collaboration but is also comfortable working independently under guidance. Furthermore, you are unpretentious, communicative, and have the ability to absorb new working methods, processes, and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education or university degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, product development, or similar)
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Basic technical understanding and interest in product development
• Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
• Good communication skills
