About Us

We are responsible for household waste collection in Askersund, Hallsberg, Laxå, and Lekeberg. Together, we ensure daily life runs smoothly for thousands of residents – and that waste is handled safely, efficiently, and in an environmentally smart way.

For the summer of 2026, we are looking for dedicated drivers with a Category C license who want to become part of our team.

We are looking for someone who…

• Has a Category C driver's license and YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Is comfortable using computers and digital systems.
• Has completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Speaks and understands Swedish.
• Enjoys working outdoors and thrives in an active role.
• Is social, service-oriented, and provides excellent customer service.
• Is responsible, positive, and contributes to a good team atmosphere.
• Has good physical fitness and enjoys staying active.
• Has an interest in the environment, sustainability, and recycling.

Meritorious: Training for vehicle-mounted cranes.

Your Role

As a waste collector, you are an important part of society's daily operations. You drive a rear-loading garbage truck, empty household bins, and ensure everything is done safely, efficiently, and with high service standards. You are our face to the public and meet many people throughout the day – therefore, a friendly attitude is a natural part of the job.

The work is varied; you work closely with colleagues, and together you ensure the collection runs smoothly every day. Some administrative tasks are also included.

The work is scheduled and may involve evening shifts and public holidays.

Our waste collection vehicles are based in Hallsberg or Askersund.
