Job Responsibilities

Your role is to positively encourage and engage the person with a disability in their daily life. The work involves support and assistance with daily household chores, hygiene, activities, and more. The person you will be assisting is a young man.

Regular workplace meetings with the responsible unit manager. The schedule involves a combination of day shifts and sleeping night shifts.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have care education, such as as a nursing assistant, and experience from similar work.

Experience with epilepsy and allergies is considered an asset.

Great importance is placed on your personal qualities and the chemistry between you and the client. You should be humble, sensitive, calm, and flexible in your approach.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, as well as to handle documentation.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Conditions

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the police record) is required prior to employment.
