About the assignment

The family requires assistance once a week on Wednesdays between 16:00-19:00. The child is 4 years old. Additional help may be needed during the summer if required.

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we ask that you have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for all those with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
