About the assignment

We are currently looking for four summer staff for our client in Norrtälje. This is a temporary employment starting from week 25-35. Working hours vary, but the most common are weekdays between 06:30-18:30 and approximately every other weekend. Location at Görla Recycling Center (near Norrtälje town). You will mainly step in and replace permanent staff at absence at Görla's facility, but work may also occur at the other facilities in Norrtälje; Salmunge (near Rimbo) and Häverö (near Hallstavik). This is a consultancy assignment via Bemannia.

Your responsibilities

The work involves standard tasks at a recycling center, including guidance and assistance with residents' waste.

• Receive and guide our customers on how they best sort their waste
• Ensure that sorting takes place according to current guidelines and laws
• Provide information and answer questions about the different waste categories
• Good communication skills and service-oriented

Your qualifications

• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license

As a person, you should be service-oriented, pleasant, meticulous, and have a good ability to communicate with people. Every day we meet all sorts of people and guide them on how to sort their waste in the best way. You will work in a team and should therefore also be a good team player who thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Meritorious

• Machinery driver's license
• Training in hazardous waste

The work will not primarily involve machine operation or requiring further training in hazardous waste. However, it is meritorious if you have a machine license and experience with handling hazardous waste, but it is not a requirement.
