C-license driver with YKB – Collection assignment

During the autumn and winter, we are launching new assignments in Northern Stockholm and need reinforcement with more skilled drivers. Do you want to work for a stable family-owned business with its heart in Stockholm? Then we would love to hear from you.

About LL Bolagen

LL Bolagen is a privately owned company with roots in Stockholm and a history dating back to 1991. Our garbage trucks have since become a well-known part of the cityscape, and we remain an entrepreneur-driven company with strong ties to the founding family. The family atmosphere permeates our culture and is an important part of our identity.

We are active in the Greater Stockholm area as well as Uppsala and are today a group with approximately 350 employees and an annual turnover of around 350 MSEK. We are a fast-moving organization where the path from decision to action is short – both in our internal work and in our meetings with customers. Here, you work in a flat organization with clear areas of responsibility, where sustainability and quality are a natural part of everyday life.

We have high goals for our sustainability work and strive to become climate neutral. Already today, all of our collection vehicles are powered by electricity, biogas, or HVO100. We are also certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and our work is regularly audited by external auditors to ensure the highest standards.

About the role

As a driver with us, you are responsible for collecting household waste or property-related collection (FNI) at our customers in Northern Stockholm. You drive a modern and well-maintained garbage truck and ensure that the work flows with good quality, high traffic safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Emptying bins for residual waste, food waste, and packaging (FNI)
  • Registration and weighing
  • Vehicle inspection, simple troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Customer contact on the route – you are our face to the outside world
  • Ongoing documentation in digital systems

We are looking for someone who has

  • C-driver's license and valid YKB (Professional Competence Certificate)
  • Digital driver card
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • A positive attitude, orderliness, and a sense of service

Meritorious qualifications

  • Experience in waste collection, FNI, or other cleaning services
  • CE license
  • Experience with crane trucks or rear loaders
  • Local knowledge of Northern Stockholm

We offer

  • Employment in a stable and growing family business
  • Collective agreement, secure terms, and a thorough introduction
  • Modern vehicles
  • Great colleagues and a work environment where people help each other
  • A job with a clear purpose – every emptying makes a difference for the environment
  • Location: Northern Stockholm

Application

Does this sound like something for you? Send your CV and a few lines about yourself to Collection Manager Jimmy Berggren at [email protected], phone 070-750 41 10. You can also contact Anders Eriksson at 072-706 64 42. We conduct ongoing selection, so don't wait to apply.

Welcome to LL Bolagen – a family business where you make a difference every day.
