As a Team Leader, you are a key person, together with the Operations Manager, to ensure a well-functioning and high-quality service delivery to our customers.

You are responsible for distributing work among employees and ensuring that services are carried out correctly and according to established routines.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and developing service employees (cleaners) in their daily work.
• Onboarding and instructing new employees.
• Performing quality controls and practical tasks when needed.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Performing cleaning tasks when required.
• Handling scheduling and recruiting substitutes when needed.
• Delivering and ordering materials.
• Acting as a substitute for the Operations Manager when needed.

Work during weekends and evenings may occur in this role.

The work area covers southern and northern Stockholm. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for this position.

About You

At Northclean, personality and the willingness to learn are the most important factors. We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
• Documented experience in instructing and leading work.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks.
• Valid Category B driver's license (required).
• Insta 800 Level 3 certification.
• An SRY/PRYL education or equivalent competence.
• Experience with floor care and window cleaning.
