Temporary Worker - Salesperson / Distributor for Pågen in Mora

Pågen is now looking for a temporary Sales Distributor with a B- or C-class driver's license for Saturdays and as needed. By joining us, you become part of Sweden's largest sales force, supplying the country's shops and consumers with fresh bread every day.

What does the role entail?

In your work with Pågen's sales force, your overarching responsibility is to visit our customers and shops and supply them with our fresh, high-quality products. You become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. This temporary job is varied, mobile, and fun, as it involves a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to become a little better every day.

• Visit our customers to restock with our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in the store.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

The position is a temporary role with immediate start. Continuous selection process.

Who are you?

As a temporary worker with us, it is important that you can work some evenings/weekends.

To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take significant personal responsibility. You are approachable and have an easy time building trust, and you are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure, focusing on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and the position requires you to have a B- or C-class driver's license (YKB) and a driver's permit. We would appreciate it if you had experience in retail and sales work, preferably within the food industry.
