We are looking for a warehouse worker for our client in Borlänge – is that you we are looking for?

Simplex Bemanning is recruiting on behalf of our client for a warehouse worker in connection with a major construction project. The position is full-time with immediate start, and we also see an opportunity for part-time employment during the summer, approximately June 15 to August 10.

About the role

As a warehouse worker within construction logistics, you are responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods to the project's customers. You handle incoming and outgoing deliveries in an efficient and safe manner, check bookings in the project's logistics system, and ensure that the warehouse is always kept organized and clean.

You work closely with our client's Terminal Manager and Logistics Manager, and use a warehouse management system to register and report logistics flows. Safety and working environment are prioritized areas – you are expected to follow the company's guidelines and procedures fully.

As a warehouse worker, you are a vital link in the project's supply chain and contribute directly to customers receiving their products on time and in good condition. Your tasks

• Receive and check incoming materials
• Pick and plan orders for delivery
• Organize and keep the warehouse clean and tidy
• Use warehouse management system for registration and reporting
• Collaborate with other logistics resources on site
• Follow safety regulations and working environment rules
• Perform inventory and report discrepancies
• Handle returned goods and claims
• Contribute to improvements of warehouse processes
• Perform simple maintenance of warehouse equipment

We are looking for you who

• Have a forklift license A+B
• Have previous experience in warehouse work (meritorious)
• Have good physical fitness and can lift heavy objects
• Have basic computer skills and familiarity with systems
• Are meticulous and structured in your work approach
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Have flexibility to work overtime if needed
• Communicate fluently in Swedish
• Are responsible and reliable
• Have an interest in logistics and warehousing
• Are familiar with safety regulations within warehousing

Practical information

• Employment type: Full-time, part-time opportunity also available
• Working hours: 06:30/07:00 – 15:30/16:00
• Salary: 165–180 SEK/h depending on experience
