We are looking for an engaged and trustworthy Parts Manager for our facility in Borlänge. Your main task will be to handle spare parts orders for both our own operations and all our customers across Sweden.

This role suits you if you have a genuine technical interest and are motivated by creating structure, clarity, and good team spirit.

Your Mission: The Hub of the Network

As the Parts Manager, you are responsible for daily orders of parts and accessories. This is a new position for us, so you will have great opportunities to establish routines and systems according to your own style.

• Daily Orders: You structure parts orders to ensure projects run efficiently and machines are delivered as planned.
• Managing Multiple Priorities: You will be responsible for orders for our own workshop as well as for all our customers, large and small.
• Ensuring Quality: You have an eye for detail, act proactively, and are not afraid to raise questions or correct processes when improvements can be made.
• The Whole Chain: You become the hub of the network, ensuring our projects run smoothly and deliveries are made on time.
• The Warehouse: You ensure the warehouse is in good shape, that everyone has the resources they need for their daily work, and you are responsible for keeping frequently used parts in stock.

Who are you?

For us, your personality and your ability to build trust are absolutely paramount. We are looking for a stable person who leads by example and who can communicate with and receive customers and colleagues in a humble manner.

• Clear Role: You ensure that parts are available and that customers receive their deliveries on time.
• Technical Interest: You have a background in workshop/warehouse and have likely worked with similar tasks before. You do not need prior experience with lifts specifically – we will provide the right introduction.
• Responsible and Driven: You have a natural commitment, see the big picture in production, and take responsibility for achieving goals.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles is advantageous.
• Experience in planning and working towards daily and weekly goals.
• Basic knowledge of reading service and parts manuals.
• Good skills in Swedish, English, and the Office suite.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
