Temporary Sales/Distribution Representative for Pågen in Borlänge and Mora

Pågen is now looking for a temporary Sales/Distribution Representative with a B- or C-class driver's license for a temporary position, as well as for Saturdays as needed. You will become part of Sweden's largest sales force, supplying the country's shops and consumers with fresh bread every day.

What does the role entail?

In your work with Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh, high-quality products. You will become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a temporary job that is varied, dynamic, and enjoyable, as it involves a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You will have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. Focusing on the business and results, we share the desire to become a little better every day.

• Visit our customers to stock up on our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in the store.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

The position is a temporary assignment with immediate start, including a 2-week training period before commencement.

Who are you?

As a temporary employee with us, it is important that you can work some evenings/weekends/X number of days per week.

To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take significant personal responsibility. You are receptive and have an easy time building trust, and you are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure, with a focus on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. The position requires a B- or C-class driver's license (YKB) and a valid driver's permit. We would appreciate it if you had experience in retail and sales work, preferably within the food industry.
