Your Role

As a Structural Assembly Technician, you will work together with your team to assemble, rivet, and manufacture parts for civil aircraft or military products. The team is responsible for production, deliveries, and quality. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with your team, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn from experienced colleagues.

We are looking for someone who wants to take on new challenges and thinks long-term about their career with us. Your journey with us begins in November 2026 with a 6-week training program that will equip you with the right prerequisites to succeed in the role.

The workplace is located in Tannefors, Linköping, and the work will be performed in two shifts.

Various types of experience can be relevant for this position, but you must have completed your upper secondary education with passing grades. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is also required.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires a security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
