About the position

The working hours are spread throughout the day and night, including both night shifts and day shifts. The client in question is a positive and active woman in her 50s who requires assistance with most aspects of daily life, such as support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more.

The client enjoys going on outings, shopping, and is happy to have a coffee if the opportunity arises. Keeping a tidy and pleasant home environment is of great importance to the client.

Your profile

The client needs patient assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks are varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.

You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We are looking for someone who is mature in how they handle different situations, whether demanding or less demanding. Patience, humor, understanding, and initiative are very important to the client.

As a personal assistant, you must be confident, sensitive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work. The job is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Requirements and application

Experience in personal assistance is required, but personal suitability will carry the most weight. The client prefers female applicants.
