We are currently looking for 1–2 personal assistants for a client in Partille!

Optimal Assistans creates opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent and participatory daily life.

We are looking for you who take the time to listen to your client's needs and are attentive and humble.

As a personal assistant, you work both independently and with colleagues. You work based on the client's individual needs, both at home and outside the home. You should be able to help the client based on both oral and written instructions.

We are looking for you who:

• Want to work for a man living in Partille.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Are a non-smoker.
• Are female.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in personal assistance or other care-related work.
• Have experience with transfer techniques.

You are a person with a high work ethic and see the whole picture in a task.

About the employment

This is a full-time position with working hours 09:00–22:30 and 09:00–15:00, as well as every third weekend.

We offer fixed-term employment for as long as the assignment lasts, with hourly wages.

The client has 24/7 assistance with a awake night shift.
