Project Manager – Electricity & Public Lighting

We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Project Manager who wishes to take a key role in our continued development. This role is ideal for you if you have strong electrical technical competence, thrive when taking responsibility, and have experience leading projects from planning to final delivery.

Here, you will have the opportunity to work on socially important projects within public lighting and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with municipalities, clients, employees, and contractors to ensure our projects are executed with high quality, sound economics, and a strong focus on safety and sustainability.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on contracts within public street lighting, electrical, and ground-related works. You hold overall responsibility for the execution, economy, scheduling, and quality of the projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and agreements.

The role involves significant autonomy, where you lead projects through the entire process – from calculation, planning, and resource management to execution, documentation, and final inspection. You will also serve as a key contact person for our customers and contribute to developing long-term, positive relationships with municipalities and other public clients.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in project management within electrical, lighting, construction, or infrastructure projects. You have an electrical engineering education or equivalent experience and feel confident making decisions, leading staff, and driving projects with full economic responsibility.

Previous experience with public street lighting or other municipal contracts is highly valued. We also appreciate experience with contract law and working according to AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA Anläggning, as these regulations are a natural part of our assignments.

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, business-minded, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to build trust with both customers and employees and thrive in an environment where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are in focus.

It is an advantage if you hold AL authorization, have completed ESA training, are trained as BAS-P/BAS-U, or have other qualifications often sought in public contracts. Experience with costing, tender work, occupational health and safety, and documentation within electrical and lighting contracts is also highly valuable.

A valid B-driving license is required.
