Welcome to Nipudden

Nipudden is a specialized housing facility with 28 beds, located on Nipvägen in Ramsele, in close proximity to the Ramsele Health Center. The facility has generous outdoor areas with nice outdoor spaces that offer good opportunities for outdoor activities and activation.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse with us, your primary task is to provide good and individualized care and service with the resident's needs at the center. You work based on assistance decisions and implementation plans, always with respect for the resident's integrity, participation, and self-determination.

An important part of your work is to create security, meaningfulness, and well-being for each resident, from a salutogenic perspective. You see every person as an individual and work actively to ensure that the resident feels involved and has the opportunity to influence how interventions are carried out based on their own needs and wishes.

The role also includes:

• IT-based documentation and administration
• Delegated health and medical care tasks
• Actively contribute to the development of operations through your knowledge and experience

Qualifications

You are a trained assistant nurse with proof of a protected professional title.

We are looking for you who are confident, engaged, and driven with a desire to make a difference in the daily lives of our residents. You are attracted to varied work and enjoy meeting people in different situations. You are flexible, dare to think independently, and take responsibility while being a team player who collaborates well.

You have a genuine interest in care and a heart for elder care. For us, it is important that every resident feels involved and can influence how interventions are carried out based on their own needs and wishes – this is something you share and carry with you in your daily work.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. In the role, you have daily contact with residents, relatives, and colleagues, follow written and oral work instructions, and are responsible for documentation, which requires good communication skills.
