At Restaurant Severins, we are embarking on our biggest initiative to date. In the summer of 2026, we will open three newly renovated dining rooms featuring open kitchens, a new menu, and an even greater focus on grilling, fish, and shellfish. We are now looking for a Sous Chef who wants to help develop the restaurant alongside us. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take responsibility, contribute ideas, and remain an active part of the daily cooking operations.

About You

You are an experienced chef who feels confident in the kitchen and enjoys helping others grow. You have high standards for quality but also understand that the best results are achieved through collaboration. We believe you will appreciate a fast-paced environment, value order and structure, and take pride in serving food that tastes as good as it looks. Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to help build on Severin's journey in the coming years.

Details

Employment: 100% (working every other weekend)

Salary: According to agreement

Start date: After summer (or immediately, if preferred)
