We are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor in civil engineering for direct recruitment to a well-known civil engineering company in Stockholm.

Our client is expanding without growing pains and now needs to strengthen their team with an additional Site Supervisor quite urgently.

Since 1986, our client has successfully established itself by developing, maintaining, and improving Stockholm's parks, streets, and squares. The company specializes in two closely related areas of operation: civil engineering and outdoor environments. Their broad range of services regarding the types of assignments they have carried out, combined with their deep knowledge that they bring to projects, is what attracts and maintains long-term customer relationships for the company.

The Role: As a Site Supervisor, you will lead, drive, and distribute work in both larger and smaller work teams on existing and new projects. You will also be involved in project documentation such as ÄTA (additional work orders), reconciliations, ordering of materials, economic follow-up, etc.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for you who have a solid background in civil engineering.
• You should have several years of experience in a leading role within construction production.
• You have documented previous experience as a Site Supervisor and hold all required courses and training for site supervision in civil engineering.
