I am looking for someone with a sense of humor, who is inventive and young at heart. You can be calm and reassuring when needed, but also energetic and driven when we are up to fun things. Reliability, punctuality, and that you enjoy being close to me, my assistant team, and my family are super important.

I am a teenage girl with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair, and I love it when things happen – swimming, skiing, Gröna Lund (amusement park), excursions, and everything that is fun and a bit crazy. I am now looking for a personal assistant who wants to join in on both adventures and everyday life, and who can help me with the practical aspects: eating, communicating, hygiene, transfers, stretching, and exercise – while also being my companion in laughter, ideas, and all the fun moments that daily life offers.

I alternate my residence every other week between Jungfrusund and Fruängen, so I need an assistant who can work at one or both locations. It is just a short ferry ride between Slagsta and Jungfrusund. If you see yourself in this description, I think we will get along great. We are looking for two assistants who also want a mixed schedule involving days/evenings/weekends and nights in Jungfrusund, and nights in Fruängen.

The schedule is as follows:

• Even weeks: Monday to Friday 15:30–21:00 (afternoon/evening), weekends 09:00–21:00 (daytime/evening). Sunday night 21:00–07:30.
• Odd weeks: Tuesday to Wednesday night 21:00–07:30, and Saturday 21:00 to Sunday 09:00, plus Sunday night 21:00–07:30.

The two positions alternate every other week between Jungfrusund (starting from school in the afternoon) and Fruängen (or wherever I am located). You can choose to work only in Jungfrusund, only in Fruängen, or at both locations. There is also an opportunity for extra work.

You must be able to work independently, but also be a good team player. You will be part of a team of assistants, where much time will be spent on double assistance or covering for sick colleagues, as well as collaborating with the rest of my family.

Employment type: Hourly employment. The employment may convert to fixed-term employment as long as the assignment lasts, provided there is good cooperation. Terms of employment, shift allowances (OB), occupational pension, contract insurances, etc., are regulated by the current collective agreement between Fremia & Kommunal.
