We are now looking for a person to lead our wonderful team! Your personality is your most important asset. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and who drives the restaurant forward with positivity and commitment. You are a problem solver with a preference for structure and order, but you are also flexible and dare to try new paths. You are a brave person who has no problem learning to work in all positions in the restaurant (kitchen, bar, service, dishwashing) to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the restaurant operates.

You have worked in the industry previously and understand the importance of both satisfied guests and employees. We hope to find someone who has previously worked with and had personnel responsibility. We value group dynamics immensely, as we are convinced that the atmosphere among the staff always rubs off on our guests. Therefore, you should be good at spreading positive energy and finding ways to get the whole team on board. We always have high goals and ambitions, and we hope you share them!

The person we are looking for is seeking a position of 30-40 hours per week (5 days/week) and has no problem working evenings, weekends, and important days such as New Year's Eve and Walpurgis Night, etc. It is an advantage if you are flexible and able to work at both our locations in Uppsala if needed.
