We are a salad bar and café designed as a food bar that mainly sells large quantities of salads, baguettes, and wraps – which we mix and build to order. We also have hot dishes and homemade soups. To this, we often have coffee, sometimes together with some delicious baked goods. We also have breakfast sales as well as catering for private individuals, but especially for companies.

Here, it is about showing initiative and being able to handle the wide range of products to be an outstanding Joy's employee!

The duties include among other things:

• Food preparation; salads, baguettes, wraps, etc.
• Picking up deliveries
• Bartender skills to make latte, cappuccino, etc. (you will receive training from us on-site)
• Daily cleaning and deep cleaning
• Dishwashing
• Cashier/Customer service
• Establish good contact with new and regular customers
• Kitchen prep
• Collaborate with colleagues
• Constantly learn new things
• Initiative for what needs to be done
• Upselling

Above all, it is about being able to handle most of these points simultaneously – multitasking!

We are looking for someone who always strives to perform 100% and who always puts the guests in focus through a family-like and personal approach.

You like sales, radiate joy of work, and are passionate about customer service and bringing joy to other people!

We are looking for two different positions. One position involves approx. 4-5 days per week and covers working hours between 06.00-20.00. The other involves approx. 2-3 shifts per week (by agreement) and covers evenings and weekends (working hours: weekdays approx. 15.00-20.00, weekends approx. 09.00-18.00). You must also be available to work extra with short notice occasionally, as well as during holidays and school breaks.

Salary according to collective agreement.
