Closing Manager/Night Staff at ICA Nära Roslagstull

We are now looking for a closing manager/night staff member for ICA Nära Roslagstull.

About the role

As the closing manager, you are responsible for daily operations during evenings and weekends. You lead the work in the store, ensure that customers receive the best possible service, and ensure that the store maintains high standards until closing.

The work typically consists of 1 to 2 evening shifts per week, as well as every other weekend.

The position is part-time, approximately 10 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience working in a grocery store.
• Has experience with sales over a manual counter.
• Is responsible, self-motivated, and confident in making decisions.
• Has a strong customer focus and a positive attitude.
• Can handle a fast pace and prioritize correctly when there is a lot to do.
• Has experience with cash register work or is willing to work at the register when needed.

Experience is required

We are not looking for someone who wants to learn the store from scratch. To succeed in this role, you must already have experience from the grocery industry and feel comfortable with the store's daily routines.
