As an ILS Engineer, you play a central role in ensuring that advanced products and systems are reliable, available, and sustainable throughout their entire lifecycle. You work broadly within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and are involved from planning through execution and follow-up of deliveries. The role involves project-based collaboration with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, where you contribute with structure, analysis, and a long-term perspective on operations and maintenance.

Here you will work in a technology-intensive environment where your analyses and recommendations impact both delivery capability and future working methods. This makes the role particularly interesting for those who want to combine technology, analysis, and improvement work.

• You lead and conduct reliability analyses as well as cost and maintenance analyses.
• You participate in planning, requirement management, and bid-related work to ensure accurate and sustainable deliveries.
• You work with obsolescence management to enable maintenance and continued support throughout the product's entire lifecycle.
• You monitor ILS deliveries and contribute to creating clarity, quality, and progress in projects.
• You help develop and implement efficient working methods, tools, and processes within the field.
• You collaborate closely with various stakeholders and contribute to building a well-functioning structure in complex project environments.

• Relevant engineering degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: logistics engineering, maintenance analysis, cost analysis, reliability analysis, or obsolescence management.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in complex projects.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Knowledge of SX000i International specification for Integrated Product Support (IPS).
• Knowledge of ILS standards.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience from the defense industry or similar operations.
• Knowledge of and interest in databases and data architecture.
