About the role

Our client in Borås is in an expansion phase with a focus on modernizing and developing their production, and is therefore looking for an experienced press brake operator for their sheet metal workshop.

About the role:

At our client's facility, you will work with job shop manufacturing within thin sheet metal processing, where there is a high variation between products and customer orders. You will work independently with setup, programming, and operation of press brakes, as well as manufacturing parts based on drawings. The production is characterized by small to medium-sized series, meaning that changeovers, problem-solving, and technical understanding are a natural part of everyday life.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have experience with press brake operation and feel confident setting up and running machines independently. You have good drawing comprehension, a quality mindset, and thrive in production where precision is as important as efficiency. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Experience with press brake operation in sheet metal processing
• Experience with setting up and programming press brakes
• Good skills in reading drawings
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car

• Experience from job shop manufacturing
• Experience with thin sheet metal processing
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

Working hours: Daytime
Start date: Immediately, or by agreement
