About the job
As a Service Advisor at Lindströms Bil, you have daily contact with our guests and welcome them with a friendly smile, guiding them on matters related to vehicle usage. The role involves planning, leading, and distributing the daily work for the workshop, as well as following up that executed work meets timeframes and quality standards – from booking work, preparations, and reception of guests and vehicles. You will receive the workshop's customers both through customer visits and via phone, email, and chat to prepare cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work. Your task is always to ensure that the guest is completely satisfied with their visit. This also includes being proactive with outbound sales calls regarding the aftermarket, such as service, tires, campaigns, etc.
The role involves working where you are our face to the guest. You are part of a tight team with technicians, service advisors, and the service manager on site, where you want to contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues. We work together to exceed our guests' expectations regarding quality and customer service, as well as to create long-term relationships.

About you
We are looking for someone who gains energy from delivering world-class quality customer service and is always ready to do the little extra to give the guest a memorable experience and make Lindströms Bil the obvious choice.
You have no problem structuring your work and reprioritizing if the situation requires it, and you find it easy to follow established processes and routines. You have a great commitment to your work, our guests, and a desire to develop yourself and your workplace through continuous improvements.
You are driven to achieve goals in a structured and efficient manner; open and honest communication is natural to you. We want you to have a sales mindset.
As a person, you are unpretentious, open, and caring in your interactions, and you find it easy to create and maintain long-term contacts, both with customers and your colleagues. You are meticulous and structured in your approach to work and like to keep things organized.
Other qualifications:
Class B driver's license for manual transmission cars
Preferably previous professional experience from customer service work with customer contact
Outgoing personality with high social competence
Computer literacy and administrative competence
If you have knowledge of the vehicle data system Kobra and/or CABAS and prior car knowledge, this is highly meritorious but not a requirement.
Unrestricted ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
