Through Experis Academy, you will have the opportunity to be employed from day one and develop into a specialist in aviation safety via a tailored training program in collaboration with a leading high-tech player in the defense industry.

Are you interested in how technical systems interconnect, do you appreciate structure, and do you want to work with responsibility, analysis, and quality in a high-tech environment? Now you have the opportunity to take the next step in your career and develop within aviation safety, an area where precision, a holistic perspective, and technical understanding are crucial.

Through Experis Academy, you will receive paid training starting in November, followed by a 12-month specialization period with our partner in the defense industry in Gothenburg. Here, you will work with advanced systems that contribute to a safer and more secure society.

Contribute to a safer world

As an Aviation Safety Engineer, you will become part of a team working to ensure that technical systems meet high demands for safety, functionality, and reliability. You will influence the development of systems that protect people, property, and the environment – contributing to creating security in a world where safety can never be taken for granted.

Step 1 – Paid training via Experis Academy

The program begins with an intensive training course in aviation safety. The training takes place on-site in Gothenburg and will provide you with:

  • Basic and advanced knowledge of aviation safety
  • Introduction to regulations, standards, and certification processes
  • Training in risk analysis, requirements management, and safety demonstration
  • Coaching and support to develop both technical and soft skills

Benefits of Experis Academy:

  • Secure employment and salary during training and specialization
  • Professional supervision and coaching
  • Experienced instructors with backgrounds from both industry and academia
  • Opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing specialist field

Step 2 – Specialization period with our partner

After the training, there is a 12-month specialization period where you work as a consultant with our partner in the defense industry. Here, you will apply your knowledge in practice and develop in the role of Aviation Safety Engineer.

As an Aviation Safety Engineer, you will work with:

  • Conducting and driving risk analyses
  • Developing and reviewing safety arguments and evidence
  • Ensuring traceability between requirements, design, and verification
  • Working with documentation related to aviation safety demonstration and certification
  • Participating in technical forums and collaborating with experts across multiple disciplines
  • Quality-assuring systems from an aviation safety perspective

You follow the system's entire lifecycle – from early concepts and design, through verification and validation, to final approval. The role is analytical, structured, and technically broad, offering you the opportunity to develop into a specialist in a field where your contribution makes a direct difference.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and want to understand how systems work in depth. Your motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn are more important than exactly what experience you have today.
