In the role of customer service representative, the telephone is your primary tool when helping our customers with everything from BankID and payments to stock and fund matters. You work independently but are part of a tight-knit team of 12–14 people.
Working hours are scheduled Monday through Sunday between 07:30–22:15, which includes evening and weekend shifts. The schedule is fixed and cannot be adjusted individually.
We offer great opportunities for growth – in the long term, you could, for example, work with customer service via email or handle more complex cases within functional support.

Full-time
The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. You work full-time on a rolling schedule, Monday–Sunday between 07:30–22:15, year-round. You receive your schedule four weeks in advance, giving you good foresight.
Part-time
We are also looking for you who wish to work part-time. Here, you can choose to work every other weekend and some weekdays (primarily during pay weeks), or focus on weekday evenings. Regardless of the option, there is an opportunity to take extra shifts if needed. Your schedule is always planned four weeks in advance, and the part-time employment is a fixed-term contract. Note that the introductory training takes place full-time during the first four to six weeks, which you need to consider when applying for part-time work.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who are passionate about providing service and enjoy solving problems. You have at least a high school education, and if you have an academic background in a relevant field, it is a plus. Experience in telephone customer service or other customer-facing roles is advantageous.
You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You don’t need to know everything from the start – we provide you with a thorough introduction during the first 4–6 weeks before you take your first customer calls.
Location and start date
The work is located on-site in Borlänge. Remote work is not possible. The start date for the positions is August 12, 2026.
