Junior Sales Representative at Bröderna Flytt — Warm Leads, Fast Pace, and Clear Goals
Do you want to get into sales and learn how to actually close deals?
Bröderna Flytt is now looking for a Moving Consultant / Junior Sales Representative for our office. You will speak with customers who have already shown interest in booking a move, help them understand pricing and packages — and guide them all the way to booking.
This is not a passive customer service job. This is a role for you who likes pace, people, clear goals, and wants to become truly skilled at sales.
About the Role
As a Moving Consultant, you are often the customer's first point of contact with Bröderna Flytt. Your job is to understand the customer's needs, provide the right recommendation, and create security in the booking process.
You will be responsible for:
- Contacting customers who have submitted inquiries
- Helping customers choose the right package
- Following up on quotes via phone, SMS, and email
- Booking moving jobs in our system
- Working towards clear goals and results
Working Hours: 40h/week
We are open:
- Monday–Friday: 09:00–20:00
- Saturday–Sunday: 09:00–18:00
Shifts are always 8 hours:
- 09:00–18:00
- 11:00–20:00
The schedule rotates, and you need to be able to work both evenings and weekends.
This is perfect for you who want a serious full-time job but do not have to work classic office hours every day.

If you have worked in retail, restaurants, service, telemarketing, customer service, or any other job with high customer contact, it is a plus — but not a requirement.
