Are you ready to kickstart your career in IT and work in a varied role where technology meets user support? We are looking for an IT Support Technician who wants to develop together with an engaged team and contribute to a smooth and well-functioning IT daily life!
As an IT Support Technician, you become a bit of a everyday hero for all users! You help solve technical problems, answer questions, and ensure that the IT daily routine flows as smoothly as possible. At the same time, you get the chance to build your own skills in a role where no day is quite like the other!
You become an important bridge between technology and operations – and a go-to person when something happens in the IT environment!
Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Support users via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site – depending on what the situation requires
- Receive and handle tickets, where you troubleshoot, prioritize, and find solutions for everything from computer problems to network and system-related questions
- Help create and manage user accounts and ensure that the right people have the right permissions
- Document tickets and solutions so that both you and the team can work smarter moving forward
- Work systematically according to processes for ticket and incident management
- Contribute ideas on how we can improve and simplify working methods within support
We are looking for you who:
- Have relevant education in IT
- Have some experience in IT support or a similar role
- Have good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in technology
- Are communicative and enjoy helping others
- Have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
