About the job

Do you want to work in a role where you develop into an expert regarding the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of our plant equipment?

As a Maintenance Engineer at Nouryon, you work in an engaged team together with engineers, technicians, and planners. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to developing Nouryon's site in Örnsköldsvik, and right now we are looking for a new colleague with a focus on Electrical and Instrumentation.

In your future role as Maintenance Engineer, you will

• Be responsible for developing and following the maintenance strategy for equipment
• Work on systematically improving and optimizing work methods, work instructions, and routines
• Ensure that the site complies with laws, regulations, and the standards within Nouryon
• Act as a technical advisor when purchasing equipment
• Lead and participate in projects within the area of work
• Ensure that long-term investment plans are in place for the plant
• Systematically and continuously improve the availability of the plant, including performing FMEA on critical equipment
• Perform work according to standardized work processes and continuously drive improvements

We believe you have

• Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience as a maintenance engineer in Electrical & Automation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have

• Certified maintenance training
• Experience from the process industry
• Experience working in SAP

We believe you are

A person who works systematically and creates clarity in your work, while taking responsibility and driving tasks forward independently. You adapt easily to changes and focus on finding practical solutions to move forward.
