Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead OpEx and CapEx projects for our customers in the process industry. In this role, you will lead installation teams in customer projects and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest possible standards for quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate installation work in customers' OpEx and CapEx projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery
• Monitor and optimize resource allocation to meet project schedules and customer requirements
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the installation process and take corrective actions as needed
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, legal requirements, and customer specifications in projects
• Train and develop team members in installation routines, safety protocols, and project-specific best practices
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are fulfilled

Qualifications

• Documented experience as an Installation Supervisor, Production Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the process industry
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Thorough understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Good problem-solving skills and decisiveness
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Swedish workplace regulations and industrial standards
