Our client leads one of Sweden's largest print supply operations and is now seeking an experienced leader who wants to drive complex logistics flows and strengthen collaboration with a significant public actor in Skåne.

About the role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you have overall responsibility for a comprehensive hardware supply with a focus on logistics and efficiency related to print solutions. You coordinate several subcontractors and ensure that the supply meets the customer's high demands in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

The role entails overall responsibility for a large-scale print supply where you act as a bridge between the customer, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure stable operations and sound economics.

  • Responsible for the operational delivery of thousands of units to a major public customer.
  • Coordinate and lead the dialogue with three different hardware suppliers.
  • Ensure efficient logistics flows and component deliveries.
  • Conduct monthly invoicing and financial follow-up of the project.
  • Lead strategic high-level meetings with both the customer and partners.
  • Handle complex problem situations and actively strengthen the customer relationship.
  • Carry full responsibility for sales and profitability within the assignment.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Advanced experience in Service Delivery Management or a corresponding leadership role.
  • Documented experience in handling large-scale hardware supplies and logistics.
  • Experience in coordinating and compiling deliveries from several different actors.
  • Good ability to handle economic processes and high-level invoicing.
  • Experience in turning around challenging situations and repairing customer relationships.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Specific industry experience within print.
