We are now looking for engaged and service-oriented retail sales assistants for our client in Norrtälje for on-demand work. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an inspiring retail environment where the customer experience is always the focus.

Person Profile

As a retail sales assistant, you are an important part of the team and contribute to making every customer feel welcome, seen, and helped. No two days are alike, and you will work with everything from sales and customer service to inventory management and store display.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Register work and sales
• Personal customer interaction and advice
• Picking and restocking products in the store
• Security tagging and handling of goods
• Contributing to a well-stocked, inspiring, and sales-driven store

We are looking for someone who likes to take initiative, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are responsible, flexible, and have a positive attitude towards both customers and colleagues.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience working in retail and at the register (not a requirement)
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are structured and detail-oriented
• Are flexible and eager to jump in where needed
• Have a genuine interest in service and sales

Additionally, if you have knowledge or an interest in sports equipment, training, or outdoor activities, it is a big plus.

We believe you have an active background; perhaps you have played football, trained in athletics, been involved in a club, or otherwise been active in sports or community life. We would love for you to mention this in your application!
