For our store in Luleå, we are now looking for a Sales Associate with a focus on Visual Merchandising who wants to grow into the role or take responsibility for the store's visual expression and contribute to developing sales across all departments.

About the role:

As a Sales Associate and Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring and sales-driven store environment where our concepts and guidelines are followed. You will become part of the store team and daily operations. You will work closely with the store manager and colleagues and play a key role in the store's development.

You will work varying hours during the store's opening hours and every other weekend. The position will be 75% per week with salary according to the collective agreement. During peak season, the position will be 100%.

Main responsibilities:

• Goods receiving
• Product display and picking
• Cash handling
• Responsible for the store's visual expression and display
• Ensure concepts and guidelines are followed
• Campaign responsibility and execution in-store
• Responsibility for sales planning

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for you who are driven by customer interaction and sales. You have an interest in plants and are happy to share your knowledge with both customers and colleagues. You are a person who takes initiative, works in a structured manner, and has a business drive to develop all departments in the store, with a special focus on visual presentation. You see changes as opportunities and enjoy switching between different tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience from retail
• Structured and orderly
• Accustomed to working with KPI follow-up
