Do you want to become a key part of our successful customer service team and help our customers with first-class service? We are now looking for a new team member – and we hope it’s you!
About the role
As a Chemist in our technical customer service, you will handle internal and external customer cases. You will provide advice on test selection, answer questions regarding analysis results and pricing, and manage contact with subcontractors. The role also involves reporting results to customers and handling basic invoicing.
Qualifications
This role requires a strong customer focus. To thrive in this position, you should have a genuine interest and willingness to communicate clearly, deliver excellent service, and resolve issues that arise. You work with a positive attitude, are structured, detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and take ownership of driving cases forward – even when the pace is fast.
We are looking for someone with a university or college degree in a natural science field. Experience from laboratory work, customer service, and strong computer skills are considered meritorious.
Since communication with both Swedish and international customers is central to the role, it is important that you have excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You will primarily use our laboratory data system, and you should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You should be prepared to work shifted hours on certain days.
