Your role as QHSE Coordinator

As a QHSE Coordinator (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), you will become a central part of our project teams. You work close to production and support issues related to quality, environment, and working environment. You are out in the field where the action is – acting as an advisor, sounding board, and support for foremen and site managers.

You contribute to ensuring our projects are carried out according to current requirements and help develop working methods that create both structure and improvement. The role also involves contact with customers and subcontractors, as well as participation in follow-ups and audits.

Your responsibilities

• Act as an advisor and support in QHSE matters out in the projects
• Participate actively in production and support daily QHSE work
• Ensure that laws, requirements, and internal routines are followed
• Conduct follow-ups, checks, and audits
• Contribute to risk assessments, self-control, and improvement work
• Participate in developing sustainable working methods in projects

Your profile

We are looking for you who thrive close to operations and enjoy collaborating. You are structured, communicative, and have the ability to build trust with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors.

You have:

• Good teamwork skills and an advisory approach
• Interest in quality, environment, and working environment
• Desire to be out in projects and work close to production
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license

Merits:

• Experience from construction, infrastructure, or industrial operations
• Experience of QHSE work in projects
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

Our projects are located throughout Norrbotten, with a focus on the Luleå area – but travel within the region may occur.
