We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Kista!

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent development opportunities within customer service. Your tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers. You will receive phone calls daily to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotations. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job involves using various digital systems, so good computer skills are essential. This is a full-time position with working hours during standard office hours.

Requirements
• Previous experience working in service with daily customer contact.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Valid B-driver's license (manual preferred, automatic may be considered).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ease in communicating with both customers and colleagues.
