Do you want to work close to logistical flows, production, and projects in a technically advanced industrial environment? Do you appreciate structure, planning, and administration that actually makes a difference in daily operations? Do you have a strong drive or background within logistics, planning, or supply chain? Then we would love to hear from you! DO NOT WAIT with your application.

Our client within the defense industry is in an expansion phase with several projects starting production.

About the role
As a Project Planner, you work closely with project managers and are responsible for planning and monitoring project deliveries. You ensure that delivery plans maintain high quality and that materials, resources, and timelines are synchronized. The role involves both operational detailed planning and strategic analysis, where you contribute to optimizing flows and minimizing risks.

You will have a central role in the execution of projects and work closely with production, procurement, and engineering. The role is flexible and adapted to the needs of the projects, giving you great opportunities to influence working methods and results.

The assignment is varied and requires both analytical skills and good collaboration abilities.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

  • Plan and monitor deliveries, material flows, and forecasts
  • Conduct lead time analyses and identify critical dependencies
  • Ensure correct demand-driven planning in business systems
  • Support project managers in resource and capacity planning
  • Conduct consequence analyses related to time, cost, and quality
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and methods, as well as training others in these methods

Administration – the hub of operations?
Yes, it is administration that, for example:

  • Holds together the entire logistics and planning flow
  • Creates structure in project and production plans
  • Monitors activities, deviations, and schedules
  • Ensures that the right information reaches the right function at the right time
  • Daily coordination with project managers, production, procurement, logistics, production engineering, and development
  • Active participation in improvement work related to flows and planning methodology
  • Drive and participate in improvement projects within logistics and planning

In short: Administration that makes projects, logistics, and production work in practice.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education within, for example, logistics, production, or technology, or equivalent experience. You have experience in project planning, production planning, or material control and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and work in a structured manner. You have a good understanding of manufacturing flows and workshop processes, as well as basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Experience with business systems and demand-driven planning is meritorious.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

We are looking for both you with a few years of experience and you who have progressed further in your career and want to take a more senior role within planning.

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
