Do you want to help create clean and pleasant environments for thousands of visitors every year?

We are now looking for an engaged cleaner who wants to become part of our team and contribute to keeping our arenas at a high standard.

Your Role

As a cleaner with us, you are an important part of the experience. Through your work, you ensure that our visitors are greeted by clean, pleasant, and welcoming environments. The position covers Rättvik Arena, including the adjacent outdoor areas, as well as Dalhalla during the summer.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Daily cleaning and tidying
• Emptying waste and handling sorting and recycling
• Ordering and restocking consumables
• Cleaning during transitions between different events
• Floor care and use of cleaning machines according to procedures
• Reporting faults, damages, or maintenance needs in the premises
• Supervisory responsibilities

Your Profile

To thrive with us, you are meticulous, engaged, and enjoy taking personal responsibility. You like working independently but are also a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and can act as a supervisor when needed. You have a positive attitude, take initiative, and see what needs to be done. Since our operations are event-driven, you are flexible and comfortable with varying working hours, including evenings, weekends, and sometimes nights.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good physical fitness as the work involves a lot of movement over large areas

Merits:

• Previous experience in cleaning/facility maintenance
• Previous experience in supervision/leadership

About Us

Rättvik Event operates in Dalhalla, Rättvik Arena, and Magasinet Falun, where we host everything from sports events, trade fairs, and corporate events to concerts and other public events every year. In addition to hosting events, we are also responsible for the operation and maintenance of our properties. We have 30 employees working year-round, and during the high season, the organization grows to nearly 500 people.

• Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
