Remediation Technician / Property Technician with Practical Skills – Dalarna

Specialrengöringar Sverige is growing and is now looking for a remediation technician to join our team in Dalarna.

We work with everything from bin cleaning, graffiti removal, facade cleaning, and roof washing to advanced special cleaning, impregnation, and preventive protective treatments. Our customers include municipalities, housing companies, property owners, industries, and businesses throughout Dalarna.

Job Responsibilities

As a remediation technician, you will work with tasks such as:

• Bin cleaning
• Graffiti removal
• Facade cleaning
• Roof washing
• Special cleaning
• Impregnation and protective treatments
• High-pressure washing
• Maintenance of equipment and vehicles
• Customer contact on-site

The work is performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Some tasks are carried out from a lift or at heights.

Who are you?

We are not necessarily looking for an experienced remediation technician – we are looking for the right person.

You might currently work in:

• Property maintenance
• Construction industry
• Industry
• Agriculture
• Transport
• Workshop
• Contracting

or have other practical experience.

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Good physical condition

Merits

• Lift training
• Fall protection training
• Hot work certification
• Category C1 driver's license
• Experience from construction, property, industry, or contracting
