About the assignment

A family in Söderbärke with two children (1 & 5 years old) is seeking help with childcare 1-3 afternoons every other week, approximately between 13:00/14:00-18:00/19:00 (hours may vary).

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 127.38 - 159.48 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
