Job Responsibilities

Hedemora Kommunfastigheter AB is now looking for a Local Cleaner responsible for stairwells, cellars, and laundry rooms in Hedemorabostäder's rental housing. We offer a secure job where your work is visible and appreciated every day.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Category B driver's license for vehicles with manual transmission.
• Ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing, to follow instructions and interact with residents.
• Meticulous, reliable, and service-oriented.
• Good physical condition, as the work can be physically demanding.
• Friendly demeanor and good teamwork skills, while being able to plan and execute your work independently.

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Previous experience in local cleaning or other property-related cleaning.
• Experience with cleaning machines.
