Cleaning Manager Wanted for Newly Opened Hotel in Idre

The hotel will be open year-round and includes both hotel rooms and cabin operations. Therefore, we are looking for you who are passionate about order, service, leadership, and thrive in an environment close to the mountains and nature.

In this role, you are responsible for the daily cleaning of the hotel and cabins, as well as leading, planning, and supporting the cleaning staff. You will become an important part of creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests and will have the opportunity to help build routines, working methods, and the team from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of hotel rooms, cabins, and common areas
• Lead and distribute daily work within the cleaning department
• Ensure that quality and hygiene standards are followed
• Conduct quality checks of cleaned rooms and surfaces
• Introduce, train, and support new employees
• Responsible for ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies
• Manage staffing and planning together with management
• Scheduling of staff
• Collaborate with reception and other departments to ensure a high guest experience
• Actively participate in daily cleaning work and support the team where needed
