Job Description

In the role of grinder, you play a key part in the daily operational work in our production. Your responsibilities also include registering in the time reporting system, performing non-destructive testing inspections, operating cranes when setting up/removing rolls in the machine, as well as performing your own production maintenance on the machine and participating in preventive maintenance. The working hours cover various shift patterns.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have completed a relevant upper secondary education for this position. You have experience from grinding metal products. It is a requirement that you have good oral and written skills in Swedish, as you will communicate with several functions within the company and must be able to read instructions and document deviations.

Great importance will be attached to your personal qualities, such as having strong personal drive, being very precise, and being someone who thrives in a role that requires a high degree of responsibility and the ability to work under time pressure. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your tasks and independently drive your processes forward. Welding skills are meritorious.
