About the role – Process Operator

In the role of process operator, you work with monitoring, control, and maintenance of machinery and production facilities. You are responsible for quality assurance, continuous supervision, and correction of process parameters to ensure safe and efficient operations. You collaborate closely with colleagues on the department and report to the operations management regarding deviations and improvements.

Tasks and responsibilities – Production & Process Industry

• Monitor, control, and regulate process flows in a heavy industrial environment

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment

• Ensure that production meets quality and safety requirements

• Handle raw materials and materials according to industrial process routines

• Document operational data, report deviations, and suggest improvement measures

• Actively participate in workplace safety work and follow current occupational health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with colleagues and the maintenance department to optimize production

Qualifications and experience – Process Operator Heavy Industry

• Experience as a process operator, machine operator, or similar role in industry is advantageous

• Industrial technical education or equivalent experience

• Good skills in reading instructions and following process diagrams

• Good computer skills as work with digital systems is part of the role

• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Precision, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented attitude

• Ability to work both in a team and independently

• Good physical fitness as heavy lifting and standing work may occur

• Overhead crane certificate

• Forklift certificate

Working hours and employment type – Industry & Production

• Fixed-term employment with possibility of extension

• Full-time, varying working hours according to shift (day/evening/night/weekend)
