The Bender Group is one of the leading manufacturers in the Nordic construction sector. The company's headquarters are located in Edsvära, in the heart of Västergötland, with subsidiaries in six countries. The Bender family has owned and managed the company since 1960. Today, we have approximately 650 employees and an annual turnover of around 2.5 billion SEK.

At the Strängnäs factory, concrete ground products are manufactured with a high degree of automation. Production operates in shifts and currently employs 11 staff. During 2023-2024, new machinery was installed, and the existing equipment was upgraded to a state-of-the-art facility with two production lines.

Are you interested in working in production with us?

As a factory worker, you will primarily work in our highly automated production lines, ensuring product quality, performing tool changes, parameter adjustments, operator maintenance, and machine cleaning. Other tasks may also arise. The work can be physically demanding.

Responsibilities awaiting you:

• Quality measurement and data recording
• Process monitoring
• Parameter adjustment
• Tool changes
• Cleaning
• Order handling and warehouse work

Who are we looking for?

The role does not require specific vocational training, but we would appreciate if you have:

• Industrial high school education
• Experience in production, warehousing, or industry
• Previous experience from the concrete industry

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license
• General good computer skills
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• License for forklift, wheel loader, crane, lift, and training in Hot Work
• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Other information

The position begins with a fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. The work is currently organized in two shifts, alternating weekly: daytime Monday-Friday 05:30-14:30 and evening Monday-Thursday 14:30-00:30.

Start date is planned for after the summer vacation, subject to agreement. We conduct rolling selections, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
