Do you want to work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and team spirit are in focus? We are now looking for production staff for a prefab factory in Strängnäs specializing in the manufacture of concrete elements.

Among other things, the factory produces walls, solid slabs, and hollow-core slabs for construction projects across the country. The work is varied and includes tasks such as formwork construction, reinforcement, pouring, vibrating, finishing, and stripping. You work based on drawings and are involved in the entire process from preparation to finished product.

As a production staff member, you are an important part of the team. The work is carried out both independently and together with colleagues. We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has the ability to see what needs to be done. Initiative, quality focus, and good cooperation are highly valued here.

• Has good physical fitness and enjoys practical work

• Has good knowledge of Swedish

• Has experience from prefab production, concrete work, or the construction industry (preferred)

• Has reading skills for technical drawings (meritorious)

• Is positive, structured, and contributes to a good work environment

• Full-time work on weekdays, daytime hours
