About the Role

Do you have a passion for technology and problem-solving? Are you an analytical person with a strong interest in technology and cars? Then the role of Diagnostic Technician at MSX International is for you.

As a Diagnostic Technician, you provide support to our end customer's dealerships, and the role is part of our expanding Nordic team. We are currently looking for two individuals who will be directly employed by MSX International.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coach dealerships with advanced diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Provide recommendations for further troubleshooting.
• Communicate directly with the customer's development team.
• Daily follow-up of current cases.
• Reporting product deviations to the customer.
• Continuous competence development.

Qualifications:

• Technical experience is required, Level 3 or equivalent.
• Electric vehicle experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of diagnostic systems and software.
• Solid experience from an authorized brand workshop.
• Good knowledge of IT, electronics, and troubleshooting.
• Engaged and analytical problem solver.
• Communicative and service-oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Workplace and Scope:

The position is located in pleasant premises in Torslanda. These are full-time positions, and the start date is by agreement. We offer a monthly salary in the range of 41,000–45,000 SEK for this position. Salary setting is in accordance with our salary policy and is based on education, competence, qualifications, and experience.
