About the role

As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work within green space maintenance and landscaping. The role involves responsibility for personnel, quality, working environment, customer contacts, and ensuring that the work is carried out according to agreements, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and distribute daily tasks.
• Lead and support employees in practical work.
• Ensure that maintenance and construction work is performed according to agreements and quality requirements.
• Be responsible for procurement and contact with contractors.
• Contribute to the development of new working methods and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in green space maintenance.
• Good knowledge of plants, earthworks, and maintenance methods.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
